Intellectual Property Issues
All content contained in the Product is either owned or licensed by Our Little Earth.
You agree that you will use the Product for personal non-commercial use only. You will not reproduce or distribute any part of the Product without written authorization from Our Little Earth. All copyright notices embedded in the product will be maintained. If you submit any content to Our Little Earth, you are granting a royalty-free permanent license for use of that content.
The Product is provided to you “as is” without any warranties. You agree that you must evaluate and bear all risks associated with use of the Product, including those risks associated with reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or utility of the Product. Our Little Earth does not warrant or assume any liability or responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or utility of any information contained in the Product, including content on sites and resources that are linked to by the Product.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Our Little Earth and all affiliated parties from and against all losses or expenses resulting from the use of the Product.
All users shall use the Product for lawful purposes only. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage the Site is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Our Little Earth reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Notifications of claimed copyright infringement on the Product should be sent to questions@ourLittleEarth.com or by mail to the address listed on the Site.
Free Basic Edition Terms
Our Little Earth reserves the right to stop sending the Free Edition or limiting the number of Free Editions an individual email address receives, at any time.
Changes to Terms
Our Little Earth reserves the right to change the Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued access or use of the Product after such changes indicates your acceptance of the Terms as modified. It is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly.
